2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide upfront, flat-rate estimates before any work begins. Estimates are valid for the scope of work described at the time of assessment. Additional issues discovered during service may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated to you before proceeding. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Mastery Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency calls, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor performed by Mastery Plumbing. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications by third parties, or acts of nature. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts and materials.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection proceedings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mastery Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
